It is close to a variety of shops and restaurants at Nippers Corner and within 3 miles of downtown Brentwood. We have 154 homes. There are 16 acres of mowed common ground, 2 tennis courts, plus one multi-purpose court (for basketball, four square, etc.). These courts are padlocked for the private use of all Copperfield residents. Your resident's personal key is available from our property manager, Timmons Properties, Inc. 

We have a beautiful fountain area, pathways and bridges, a tree-lined walking trail along the creek, and charming gazebos. The Large Gazebo may be reserved for any Copperfield resident’s function by contacting our Property Management Company.
